What’s the word for it?

I spend a a lot of time asking ChatGPT what word I’m thinking of, lot of time walking around writing essays in my head, and most of my time belabouring my husband about how I want to stop working in tech and just write a novel (ideally on an island).

This felt like a nice in-between for the moment.
